Kevin T. Mocogni joined Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard in 2010. He primarily focuses on personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, products liability, and commercial litigation cases.
Kevin earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School. While in law school, he was a Public Defender Extern in St. Joseph County, Indiana. Kevin received his B.A. in political science and history from the University of Notre Dame.
While at Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard, Kevin has handled a variety of matters. As second chair, he successfully secured a six figure jury verdict for the plaintiff in a medical malpractice action. Kevin authored an Illinois Supreme Court brief on liability in a wrongful death claim, and helped resolve a bad faith claim against an insurance carrier.
Prior to coming to Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard, Kevin served as the judicial law clerk for the Second Municipal District in Cook County. While there, he assisted Presiding Judge Shelley Sutker-Dermer with civil and criminal cases.
Kevin is a member of the American Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association.
