$1.1 Million Settlement reached in Lake County for Husband and Wife
In August of 2007, Matthew L. Williams obtained a combined $1.1 million dollar settlement on behalf of a husband and wife injured in an automobile accident in Lake County, Illinois.
Mr. Oswald suffered transverse process fractures to the spine, contusion of the kidney, abrasion to his front temporal head and large hematoma in the left flank. His wife sustained a left sacral wing fracture, a left superior and inferior pubic rami fracture, rib fractures, and a rotator cuff tear. Mr. and Mrs. Oswald were released from care after completing physical therapy and rehabilitation.
