Attorneys to Judge Midwest Area Law Students in Moot Court
WAUKEGAN, IL—Patrick A. Salvi and Donald R. McGarrah of Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C. were selected to serve as judges in the prestigious Frederick Douglass Moot Court Competition presented by the National Black Law Students Association (NBLSA) to be held February 1st-3rd at the Marriott O’Hare, Chicago.
The national competition is comprised of 150 teams from six different regions across the United States competing for scholarship money and BAR/BRI incentives. Every region will send three winning teams to compete at the NBLSA National Convention which will be held March 22nd-25th in Atlanta, Georgia. The same award structure applies nationally.
Along with judging the competition, Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C. will also be sponsoring a scholarship awarded to the Best Oral Advocate of the competition. The awards ceremony will take place on Saturday, February 3rd.
