Jennifer Piccione

Ms. Piccione joined Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C. in 2015 and concentrates her practice in the areas of business law, litigation and private equity.

Ms. Piccione graduated Cum Laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2002 and began her legal career as a criminal prosecutor for the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office.

At the State’s Attorney’s Office, she soon earned the First Chair Attorney position in charge of the Domestic Violence courtroom where one of her greatest achievements was successfully prosecuting a foster mother and Chicago public school teacher for severely abusing her developmentally disabled son whom the defendant had coached to testify on her behalf. After successfully trying hundreds of bench and jury trials in both the misdemeanor and felony divisions, she earned a Special Commendation Award for her service and left the Office to become an associate at a Chicago area law firm where she focused on business law and litigation, criminal defense, and family law.

As General Counsel for Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard, Ms. Piccione provides legal advice and strategies to the executive teams of the various Salvi owned businesses and ventures.  She is charged with maintaining knowledge of the various organizations’ operations and legal documents, managing legal matters, negotiating and drafting vendor and municipal contracts, liaising with outside counsel, creating new entities, ensuring legal compliance throughout the organizations, as well as overseeing, managing and sourcing investment opportunities for Mr. Salvi Sr.
