Accidents create need for changes at Gurnee tollway exit

WAUKEGAN (Jan. 23, 2017) – Partner Jennifer Ashley and her partner Bill Bertram were interviewed by the Daily Herald’s Bob Susnjara about the dangerous Grand Avenue exit along I-94.
