As e-bike use and crashes continue to rise throughout the state, Mr. Kohen has become a strong voice for e-bike safety. He has spoken publicly about the increase in e-bike and e-scooter crashes and the importance of understanding how these vehicles interact with cyclists, pedestrians, and motorists.
