GURNEE, Ill. (September 5, 2025) – Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard attorney Jennifer L. Ashley recently obtained a $1 million settlement on behalf of a man who suffered severe shoulder injuries in a 2022 Lake County crash with a work van.
“The client and I were happy and relieved … because he is still having some intermittent pain and some restrictions continue to the present,” Jennifer L. Ashley told the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. “It had quite an effect on his life from his work to having years of treatment and two surgeries. We are happy he was able to get compensated for all of the injuries and damages he suffered.”
