Attorney Rob L. Kohen discusses settlement after dental error

A local man was hospitalized after a dentist dropped a dental instrument down his throat during a routine procedure. The instrument had to be removed from his gastrointestinal system. Luckily, he made a full recovery. Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C., helped the man collect a $675,000 settlement for damages due to the medical error.
