Elizabeth Olszewski discusses drunk driving liability in Wisconsin with TMJ4
KENOSHA, Wis. (February 20, 2018) – On New Year’s Day in Kenosha, a drunk driver went over the center lane, killing 53-year-old Djuana Latshaw in a wrong way, head-on crash. The driver admitted to drinking for hours at a nearby bar prior to the crash.
Ms. Latshaw’s family has hired Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C.’s Elizabeth Olszewski to represent them in their civil case. Elizabeth and the Latshaw family discussed their case and Wisconsin’s lack of liability for bars in drunk driving crashes with TMJ4’s Brandon Rook.
