ABC 7: City motions to keep Lightfoot deposition private in wrongful death lawsuit for 10-year-old girl

CHICAGO (May 2, 2024) – Lawyers on behalf of the City of Chicago have filed a motion requesting a Cook County judge to prevent any public release of any part of the video and transcript of the deposition of former Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot in the wrongful death case of 10-year-old Da’Karia Spicer.
