CHICAGO (April 7, 2020) – Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard, P.C. is pleased to announce Chairman and Managing Equity Partner Patrick A. Salvi and Chicago Managing Partner Patrick A. Salvi II have been selected to The 2020 Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers in America for the fourth straight year.

Each year, Lawdragon selects their list of 500 Leading Lawyers in America through a meticulous process that includes editorial research by Lawdragon staff, submissions from law firms, and an online nomination form that allows visitors to recommend and comment on their favorite attorneys.

2020 marks the fourth straight year the father-son duo from Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard was named to the list.

Patrick A. Salvi is regarded as one of the most prominent personal injury trial attorneys in the country. In 1982, he founded the law firm of Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard in Waukegan, Ill. Under his leadership, the firm has recovered more than $2 billion in verdicts and settlements, including more than 250 cases with verdicts or settlements of $1 million or more. In 2017, Mr. Salvi obtained a $148 million jury verdict on behalf of a young woman paralyzed at O’Hare Airport. The verdict represents the largest compensatory verdict ever awarded to an individual plaintiff in Illinois history.

Patrick A. Salvi II was named managing partner of Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard’s Chicago office in 2017.  He concentrates his legal practice in cases concerning serious personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death. Mr. Salvi has obtained a number of noteworthy  jury verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients, including a $50.3 million jury verdict for a boy who suffered a serious brain injury at birth and a $20.6 million settlement for a man left paralyzed after a delay in the diagnosis and treatment of a ruptured aneurysm. Mr. Salvi is a board member of Legal Aid Chicago, an organization that provides free legal services to people living in poverty.
