Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard listed among top three Illinois law firms in 2019 Settlement Survey

CHICAGO (October 15, 2019) – Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C. is pleased to announce the firm was highlighted in Chicago Lawyer Magazine’s 2019 Settlement Survey as one of the top three law firms in the state of Illinois.

Each year, Chicago Lawyer and the Illinois Jury Verdict Reporter — a sister publication within Law Bulletin Media — examine the top reported settlements. This year’s report is based on 634 Illinois settlements of $500,000 or more submitted to Jury Verdict Reporter between July 1, 2018 and June 30, 2019.

This year, Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C. ranked in the top three, settling 20 cases for a total of $113,505,000. The firm was one of only three firms whose total number of settlements amounted to more than $100 million.

The firm’s top case was a $20.6 million settlement on behalf of a man who was paralyzed due to a delayed diagnosis of a ruptured common iliac aneurysm. The settlement was obtained by attorneys Patrick A. Salvi II, Patrick A. Salvi, Matthew L. Williams, Thomas R. Mulroy III, and John A. Mennie.
