Jennifer L. Ashley

Jennifer L. Ashley joined Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C. in March 2012.  She concentrates her practice in the areas of automobile accidents, personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death and products liability.

Ms. Ashley received her Law Degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law.  At Chicago-Kent, she received CALI Awards for the highest grade in 3 classes: Criminal Procedure, Advanced Criminal Law, and Capital Punishment & Judicial Process.  She also served as a Teaching Assistant for the professor of Criminal Law.  During law school, Ms. Ashley completed an externship at the Office of the Cook County Public Defender in the Felony Trial Division.

Prior to joining Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard, Ms. Ashley was an associate at an insurance firm.  She successfully tried over 75 cases to verdict before a jury, and has been published in the Cook County Jury Verdict Reporter over 70 times for successful verdicts in personal injury cases.   Further, Ms. Ashley has negotiated and settled hundreds of cases throughout her career.

Ms. Ashley regularly serves as an arbitrator in both Cook and Lake Counties.  She has also coached the Chicago-Kent College of Law Trial Team for competition in mock trials at national trial competitions.

Additional credentials and distinctions include: memberships in the Lake County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice and the American Bar Association.
