Dylan P. Burdelik joined Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard, P.C. in 2026 and concentrates his legal practice on cases concerning catastrophic personal injury, medical negligence, and mass torts.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Burdelik practiced as a litigation associate at two Chicago defense law firms. He began his career at a global firm where he represented corporate clients in high-stakes matters involving products liability, intellectual property (patents), and contract disputes. Most recently, he worked at a boutique law firm, where he handled various complex tort litigation.
In 2023, Mr. Burdelik received his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School. During law school, he served entrepreneurs, faculty, and inventors through the Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic by drafting contracts and advising on entity formation and intellectual property issues. He also earned the highest grade in Estate & Gift Tax, and was recognized as the outstanding performer during a mock trial in Trial Advocacy. While earning his law degree, he interned for a Justice at the Wisconsin Supreme Court where he drafted bench memoranda and observed oral arguments.
Mr. Burdelik obtained his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering summa cum laude from the University of Alabama in 2020. While in Tuscaloosa, he tutored fellow students in engineering, mathematics, and writing.
Outside of work, Mr. Burdelik enjoys staying active through sports, hiking, and working out. He also enjoys supporting the Chicago Bears and playing piano.
