3 children injured after 2 school buses crash in southwest suburban Justice

JUSTICE, Ill. (December 4, 2019) – Three children were transported to local hospitals after a crash involving two school buses Wednesday morning in southwest suburban Justice.
The accident occurred just before 7 a.m. near the intersection of 79th Street and 85th Avenue in Justice. Police said one bus was traveling west on 79th Street while transporting five elementary school-aged children when it collided with another bus that was stopped on 85th Avenue.
Three children were transported to La Grange, Palos and Advocate Christ hospitals with minor injuries. Two students were released on the scene. The five students were reportedly the only children on the bus at the time of the crash, according to ABC 7 Chicago.
