Press Conference regarding $241M jury verdict against Prairie Farms dairy

A Madison County jury awarded $241,000,000 to the family of a man who died while transporting dry ice as part of his job as a courier. The verdict includes $49.5 million in compensatory and $191.5 million in punitive damages against the company. The family’s legal team discussed the verdict during a press conference.
