Matthew L. Williams concentrates his practice of law in the areas of automobile accidents, medical malpractice, construction negligence, premises liability and product liability. Mr. Williams has recently achieved settlements on behalf of his clients in excess of $20 million in medical malpractice suits. The cases involved a brain damaged child, and two wrongful death cases involving pulmonary embolism and methadone intoxication. Mr. Williams received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois and his Juris Doctorate from De Paul University in Chicago, Illinois.
Additional distinctions and credentials include: service as Staff Writer for The Law Review; and recipient of the Cali Award for Outstanding Scholastic Achievement in Business Organizations.
Mr. Williams is a member of many local and national bar associations including Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice, the Lake County Bar, Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
