Aaron D. Boeder

Aaron D. Boeder became a member of the Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C., legal team in 2010, focusing his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, mass torts and wrongful death law.

Mr. Boeder has helped secure a number of noteworthy verdicts and settlements for his clients. In 2021, Mr. Boeder obtained a $21.05 million jury verdict on behalf of a woman who suffered a spinal injury in a Maywood, Ill. car crash. In 2017, he obtained an $11.25 million jury verdict on behalf of a young boy whose mother was killed in a motor vehicle collision in Rockford. In 2015, he helped to obtain a $15.2 million jury verdict for a client who was struck by a forklift in an incident at Chicago’s McCormick Place Convention Center. The case was appealed by defense counsel and subsequently settled for $19.5 million, including interest accrued during the appeal process.

In recognition of his outstanding legal work, Mr. Boeder was recognized in the 2021 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch and has subsequently been named to the Best Lawyers in America list every year since 2022. In 2020, he was named to Law Bulletin Media’s “40 Under Forty” attorney list, recognizing the top up and coming lawyers in Illinois. In addition, Mr. Boeder has been recognized by Illinois Super Lawyers every year since 2015. From 2015 through 2021, he was named an Emerging Lawyer by Law Bulletin Media, an honor given to only the top 2 percent of lawyers in the state who are under 40 or have practiced 10 years or less. In 2022, he was honored as a Leading Lawyer by Law Bulletin Media, an honor reserved for less than 5% of all lawyers licensed in each state.

Aaron Boeder

Mr. Boeder graduated from the Ohio State University, cum laude, in 2003. He earned his law degree from the DePaul University College of Law in 2010. During law school, Mr. Boeder gained a great deal of experience while serving as a judicial extern for the Honorable James F. Holderman, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and as a legal extern in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois. He also practiced with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office as an Illinois Supreme Court Rule 711 law clerk. Mr. Boeder served as an officer in the Army National Guard before he attended law school.

Mr. Boeder belongs to the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice.
