What excites me most about stepping into my role as an attorney at Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard is the opportunity to help. When people come to Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard, they come for help closing a very difficult chapter in their lives. When you provide one piece of excellent work product, it allows you to provide the next piece of excellent work product. And when one person does their job at a high level, it allows everybody on the team to do their jobs at a high level. And so the way that we construct our trial teams, the way that we operate within those teams and trust each other, allows us to achieve excellent results.

A philosophy that guides me in my professional and personal life is that simply the obstacle is almost always the way forward. Learning about what's in front of you, developing a strategy, collaborating with your team, and then preparing to meet that obstacle is the best way to get through it. How you do one thing is how you do everything, and that is so evident when I walk through the halls of this office. Every person, from our legal assistants to our paralegals to secretaries to our attorneys and partners and managing partners, even to our founding partner, and how we do one thing is excellent.
