Jennifer L. Ashley joined Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C. in March of 2012 and was named a partner in 2014. She concentrates her practice in the areas of automobile accidents, personal injury, wrongful death and products liability. In the last year and a half, Ms. Ashley has secured over $11.5 million on behalf of her clients, including more than $6.5 million for clients injured by metal hip implants.

In 2016, Ms. Ashley was selected as an Illinois Super Lawyer. Additionally, in 2015, Ms. Ashley was named to the Law Bulletin Publishing Company’s Leading Lawyers from a survey of legal peers, given to less than five percent of all lawyers licensed to practice in Illinois. She has also been recognized in the 2016 Edition of Best Lawyer in America in the field of Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs.
Prior to joining Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C., Ms. Ashley was an associate at an insurance firm. She successfully tried over 100 cases to verdict before a jury, and has been published in the Cook County Jury Verdict Reporter over 70 times for successful verdicts in personal injury cases. Ms. Ashley has negotiated and settled hundreds of cases throughout her career. Ms. Ashley regularly serves as an arbitrator in both Cook and Lake Counties. She also coached the Chicago-Kent College of Law Trial Team for competition in mock trials at national trial competitions.
Ms. Ashley received her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. At Chicago-Kent, she received CALI Awards for the highest grade in three classes. She also served as a Teaching Assistant for the professor of Criminal Law. During law school, Ms. Ashley completed an externship at the Office of the Cook County Public Defender – Felony Trial Division.
Additional credentials include memberships in the Lake County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice and the American Bar Association.
